1. Agreement to these terms
NetrX AI ("NetrX," "we," "us," or "our") provides digital growth and intelligence products. By accessing or using a NetrX website, product, or authorized integration, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use a product for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and must use the services in compliance with applicable law.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the services, or third parties, or where use violates these terms or applicable law.
3. NetrX Web Auditor and web crawler
The Web Auditor analyzes websites and publicly accessible web content to generate technical, search, performance, and related reports. You may submit a website for auditing only when you own it or have the authority to test it. You are responsible for the URLs, crawl settings, brand details, keywords, and other information you submit.
You must not use the Web Auditor to bypass access controls, overload a site, probe for vulnerabilities, collect personal data unlawfully, or otherwise interfere with a website or service. Reports and AI-assisted insights are informational; they do not guarantee search ranking, availability, security, legal compliance, or a particular business result.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the services to:
- access accounts, websites, data, or systems without authorization;
- send unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or abusive content;
- circumvent product limits, security controls, or platform restrictions;
- introduce malware, disrupt services, or use automated activity that harms others;
- resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the services except where law expressly permits it; or
- use data from a connected service for a purpose prohibited by that service's policies.
6. Purchases and product access
Where a product offers paid features, the applicable price and package details are shown before you complete a purchase. Payments are processed by the payment provider identified at checkout. Product access is granted only after our server-side payment verification succeeds. Payment-provider terms may also apply to your transaction.
7. Your content and our service
You retain your rights in content, website data, and connected account data you provide or authorize us to access. You grant NetrX a limited, non-exclusive right to process that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the user-facing features you request.
NetrX and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, branding, and documentation. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
8. Availability, changes, and disclaimers
We may change, maintain, or discontinue features as our products evolve. We will use reasonable care in operating the services, but they are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, NetrX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms when our services, integrations, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. You may stop using the services at any time. We may terminate or suspend access as described in these terms or where required to protect the services or comply with law.

4. Social Media Dashboard and connected accounts
If you use the Social Media Dashboard or connect a third-party account, you authorize NetrX only for the permissions and scopes you approve through that platform's authorization flow. We do not ask for or receive your third-party platform password. You may disconnect an integration through the applicable product or revoke its access through the platform.
You remain responsible for your connected accounts, the accuracy and legality of content you publish, and compliance with the terms, community standards, API policies, and applicable rules of each platform. Google, Pinterest, and other platforms are independent services; their terms and policies govern your use of their accounts and APIs.
