1. Scope
NetrX AI (“NetrX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital growth and intelligence products. This policy applies when you use our websites, create an account, run a website audit, contact us, make a purchase, or connect an account from a third-party platform to an NetrX AI product.
A third-party platform, such as Pinterest, has its own privacy policy and terms. Your use of that platform remains subject to its policies, including the Pinterest Privacy Policy.
2. Information we process
Account and contact information
We process the email address and authentication information you provide to create and secure an account. We do not receive your password from our authentication provider.
Website-audit information
When you run an audit, we process the website address, optional brand and keyword inputs, crawl settings, and public website content needed to generate your report. Audit data can include content published by the audited website.
Social-account information
If you choose to connect a social media account, we process the account information, permissions, access tokens, content, media, publishing settings, and analytics that the platform makes available through the permissions you approve. The exact information depends on the platform and scopes you authorize.
If a NetrX product lets you connect a Google account, we access and use Google user data only for the user-facing feature you request and only within the scopes you authorize. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sale to data brokers, creditworthiness decisions, or training generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Payment, support, and technical information
We process purchase status and entitlement information. Payment credentials are handled by our payment provider, not stored by NetrX. We may also process messages you send to support and standard device, browser, and request information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot our services.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, maintain, secure, and improve NetrX AI products;
- authenticate accounts and prevent fraud or misuse;
- generate website-audit reports and answer report-related questions;
- process purchases and manage product entitlements;
- provide social publishing, scheduling, reporting, and account-management features you request;
- respond to support requests and communicate service updates; and
- measure product use and marketing performance where permitted by law.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the relevant service, maintain your account, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and protect our services. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely restrict it as appropriate.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, secret management, and logging safeguards. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use a unique password and protect access to your accounts.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You can update account information, disconnect supported integrations, and request account deletion through the product where available. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, or to object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Children’s privacy
NetrX AI products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address the request.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, integrations, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice when appropriate.

4. Social media and Pinterest integrations
Social integrations are optional. We access a connected account only after you authorize it through that platform’s approval flow. We do not ask for, collect, or store your Pinterest or other social-platform password.
For Pinterest, an authorized connection may allow us to provide the management, publishing, analytics, or reporting features corresponding to the scopes you approve. We use Pinterest data only to provide those requested features, do not sell or share Pinterest API data with third parties, and do not use Pinterest API data to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We retrieve Pinterest data from the API when it is needed rather than retaining it unnecessarily.
You can disconnect a social account in the applicable NetrX product when that feature is available. You can also revoke an app’s access through the connected platform’s settings. After a disconnect or valid revocation request, we stop using the connection and delete or disable the associated access tokens, subject to any legal or security retention requirement.
